Rewards Program Terms

Program Details

Earning Rewards:

Customers can earn Bitcoin Well Points ("Points") through various activities, including but not limited to successfully onboarding, referring friends, buying, selling and using bitcoin, and other activities as determined by Bitcoin Well. Points earned for each activity are specified as follows but may change at any time, sometimes without notice:

• Confirming email: 50 points
• Confirming mobile number: 100 points
• Verifying identity: 200 points
• Completing onboarding: 500 points
• First transaction: 1,000 points
• Buying and selling bitcoin: 3 points for every $10 spent¹
• Recurring Buys: 5 points for every $10 spent¹
• Pay your bills with bitcoin: 3 points for every $10 paid¹
• Referral: 1,000 points (after verification and first transaction)
• Other actions as determined by Bitcoin Well at any time, potentially without warning

Redeeming Points:

Points have no cash value. Customers can redeem rewards by logging into their Bitcoin Well account or through active participating retailers. Customers must have a verified account to redeem rewards, but are not required to make a purchase. Reward redemption options might include contest entries, various products or services, bitcoin, or other items (collectively called "Items") as determined by Bitcoin Well at any time. The required Points for redemption will be determined by Bitcoin Well and is subject to change at any time, sometimes without notice. Bitcoin Well reserves the right to make changes to the Items available at any time, alongside the redemption values.

Terms and Conditions

Participant Eligibility:

Participants must be registered and comply with Bitcoin Well's Terms of Service. Bitcoin Well reserves the right to exclude certain users from the program at its discretion and without notice.

Limitations and Restrictions:

Bitcoin Well reserves the right to change how Points are allocated and redeemed. It may do so without notice. The program, including Point accumulation and redemption, may be discontinued at any time for any reason. Bitcoin Well reserves the right to disable accounts at the discretion of Bitcoin Well, which could render accumulated Points invalid or forfeited.

Bitcoin Well reserves the right to expire or delete Points if deemed necessary.

Duration and Termination

Program Duration:

The program has no predetermined end date.

Termination Conditions:

Bitcoin Well reserves the right to terminate the program at its discretion.

Liability and Dispute Resolution:

Bitcoin Well is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the program.

Dispute Resolution:

Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in Bitcoin Well's general terms and conditions.

Changes to the Program

Program Modification:

Bitcoin Well reserves the right to modify program terms at any time, without notice.

Communication of Changes:

Bitcoin Well will perform their best efforts to communicate changes to the program terms through the Bitcoin Well Rewards Program Terms and Conditions at bitcoinwell.com/terms-of-service.
